David Pascarella is the primary research contributor for Catalyst Constructs. His background includes experience developing investment research, often focusing on fundamental equity analysis, portfolio construction and management, and trading. He also has a professional background in mergers and acquisitions, both buying and selling small to mid-size businesses.

He graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2013 from Le Moyne College and in 2023 with an MBA from the Yale School of Management where he concentrated in Asset Management. He holds a CPA (inactive) and recently completed L1 of the CFA.
